1. Do I need prior Muay Thai experience to join?
Not at all! Our retreat welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our coaches will guide you step by step, adapting to your pace.

2. Is this retreat only for women?
Yes. The first Muay Thai retreat will be for women only. This is a safe, supportive, and empowering space designed exclusively for women.
For the next Muay Thai retreat, it could be open for both genders.

3. What does the retreat package include?
Your retreat includes twice-daily Muay Thai training, boutique accommodation, cultural experiences in Hội An, a beach training session, daily lunches & dinners, and access to recovery activities such as sauna, ice bath.

4. How many days is the retreat?
The retreat runs for 4 days and 4 nights in Hoi An, with a carefully designed balance of training, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

5. Where will we be staying?
You’ll stay at Lac Hac Clay House, a boutique sanctuary built with natural materials and inspired by 300-year-old Vietnamese architecture — blending comfort, heritage, and healing energy.

6. Do I need to bring my own gear?
We recommend bringing your own gloves, wraps, and activewear for hygiene purpose. However, we can also provide equipment if needed.

7. What is the group size?
We keep our groups intimate (10–15 people max) to ensure personalized coaching and a close community atmosphere.

8. Will the training be too intense?
Our coaches tailor each session to your level. You’ll be challenged, but also supported — with recovery sessions built in to keep you refreshed and balanced.

9. What language are the sessions in?
All training and activities are conducted in English (with Vietnamese support where needed).

10. How do I get to Hội An?
The nearest airport is Da Nang International Airport (DAD), just 45 minutes away. When you arrive at the airport, please find the attached document to know how to get to Hoi An.
